Shipping Options and Shipping Rates
We offer the following shipping options – you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout. Shipping rates vary by mailing service and location. Free shipping is available in the United States only.

Order Processing Time
All orders placed Monday to Friday are generally processed within two days. All orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped within the next two business days.
Shipping Address and PO Boxes
Please note that we are unable to modify the shipping address once you have placed an order. Sorry, we do not ship to PO Boxes.
International Orders
Packages will be subject to customs duties and tariffs. As a customer, you are responsible for paying these charges. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these charges may sometimes not be calculated for you.
Track Your Order
Once your order is complete, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
Exchange Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we will refund the entire amount of the item that must have been used. Returns are made within 30 days of purchase and are accompanied by the original packaging and receipt. We will process and confirm your return within the first seven days of the item.
